Food Lion's Shop&Care Sets $1.6 Million Fundraising Goal!
Food Lion's Shop&Care is fundraising partnership between Food Lion, vendors, brokers and customers. This year's goal is to raise $1.6 million to support local children with disabilities served by Easter Seals UCP North Carolina. Look for special Shop&Care posters, product shelf tags and employee buttons at Food Lion during February. Shop Food Lion between February 1-28, 2006 and support Easter Seals UCP North Carolina. |

Quixtar
Independent Quixtar Business Owners work year round volunteering their time and coordinating special events held locally to support Easter Seals UCP services. From golf outings in Philadelphia to garage sales in Youngstown, Ohio to "pass the hats" at large business owner meetings in Charlotte, Quixtar business owners work tirelessly to achieve independence for all. Over $25,000 was raised for Easter Seals UCP North Carolina at the Freedom Enterprise Rally held at the Charlotte Coliseum in September, 2004.
